NotchNook overview
NotchNook turns your MacBook notch into an interactive space for the things you reach for all day: music controls, your calendar, notes, tasks, timers and a file tray. Open it from the notch whenever you need it, and it stays out of the way when you don't.
Features
- Media controls for whatever is playing on your Mac, with a draggable progress scrubber
- Calendar with your upcoming events at a glance
- Quick notes and a to-do list with favorites and auto-archiving
- Timers with scrollable wheels, right from the notch
- Tray: drop files into the notch to keep them close at hand
- Mirror: check yourself before a call
- Live activities for battery, Bluetooth devices and calendar events
- Works on Macs without a notch, too, as a panel at the top of the screen
- Try every feature free for 48 hours, no card required

Version: 1.6.2
It was nice when it worked. Purchased a year ago, but now the license server is down, website is down, and the devs aren't responding. Do not buy this, you won't be able to use it. Virtual paper weight.

notchnook by lo.cafe is one of those rare mac apps that feels genuinely fun! not just useful, but the kind of thing that makes you enjoy using your computer a little more. i see it as the kind of app that sits in that sweet spot between utility and delight where it does improve your workflow, but also just makes your mac feel more alive. and honestly, there aren’t that many apps that manage to do both without overcomplicating things. 😊
